余風采總堂於三月八日（星期六）隆重舉行一百二十一週年紀念暨春節聯歡活動。 中午時分，總堂總長余根洙、副總長余詠本、主席余宏榮、副主席余美湛，分堂主席余耀祥、副主席余佳卓，以及遠道而來的嘉賓， 包括西雅圖（舍路）余風采堂主席余紹江、核數主任余暢汶與宗親代表；馬氏世表則有加拿大馬氏宗親總會理事長馬威 廉、副理事長馬清石； 溫哥華馬氏宗親會理事長馬仲鵬與多位余氏宗親等，齊聚一堂，共襄盛舉，場面熱鬧而莊嚴。


祭祖儀式由分堂主席余耀祥主持。他首先邀請禮生余開儀、余柏寧上香奉燭並就位，隨即請全體嘉賓肅立。接著邀請主祭人： 總長余根洙、副總長余詠本、主席余宏榮、副主席余美湛、分堂主席余耀祥、副主席余佳卓等就位，全體宗親與嘉賓共 同陪祭。 眾人誠心向太始祖忠襄公余靖行三鞠躬禮。由余認森宗長恭讀祭文，隨後由主席余宏榮與財政主任余柏寧獻金豬， 樓業主任余開儀獻三牲，副主席余美湛獻鮮花，副總長余詠本獻酒，分堂副主席余佳卓獻果品，樓業主任余開儀再獻財寶。 最後在司儀余耀祥引領下，全體向忠襄太祖像再行一鞠躬禮後，各位嘉賓依序就座，祭典圓滿完成。


隨後舉行紀念典禮，由分堂主席余耀祥主持。首先由總堂主席余宏榮致歡迎詞，特別感謝各位蒞臨， 並祝福大家身體健康、萬事如意，度過一個愉快的日子！


典禮中，余耀祥主席邀請溫哥華馬氏宗親會理事長馬仲鵬及西雅圖余風采堂主席余紹江分別致詞。 隨後由總堂副主席余美湛代表致謝，儀式結束後，設有豐盛的自助餐招待來賓。


當天晚上，我們也慶祝了國際婦女節，婦女組特別準備了一百朵鮮紅玫瑰，贈送給在場的女士賓客，表達我們的敬意與 祝福。







 當晚六時，年度聯歡宴會於華埠富大酒家舉行，筵開二十席，場面盛大熱鬧，氣氛融洽。宴會由余兆貞理事擔任司儀，宣佈晚會正式開始。 金鼓齊鳴，醒獅獻瑞，雙獅騰躍，場面熱烈。馬氏體育會醒獅隊為晚會獻上精彩舞獅表演，隊中亦有本堂成員余彥劼參 與。特此感謝馬氏體育會安排當晚演出，為聯歡晚會增添光彩。





















晚會中，總堂主席余宏榮再次發表致詞，熱烈歡迎所有 嘉賓撥冗出席，並特別致謝中國駐溫哥華總領事館僑務處主任李 悅然與孫俊傑領事， 歡迎遠道而來的嘉賓、馬氏世表、謝氏世表及社會各界友好代表共襄盛舉，並祝福大家身體健康、幸福美滿、萬事勝意！





接著由溫哥華余風采堂主席余耀祥致賀詞，梁耀江姑丈宣讀出席嘉賓芳名。





















最後，總堂副主席余美湛代表總堂再次致謝，感謝各界 親臨同慶、各僑團致贈花籃及賀儀，並對蒞臨的政要、僑團首長 及所有嘉賓表示最誠摯的歡迎與謝意。

全加余風采堂總堂暨溫哥華余風采堂年度聯歡晚宴在溫馨歡愉的氣氛中圓滿結束。

Celebrating the 121st Anniversary of the YFT Society of Canada












The Yee Fung Toy Society of Canada's annual activity is returning in style with a celebration of its 121st anniversary, a celebration of the life and times of ancestor Yee Jing and the Yee Fung Toy Society of Vancouver annual celebration banquet gala on Saturday, March 8, 2025.

The ancestor ritual started at 12:00 noon in the YFT Society Hall on 226 East Georgia Street, Vancouver, B.C. where Grand President Kan Yu, Vice Grand President Wayne Yee, Chairman Bill Yee, Vice Chairman Jim Yee; Yee Fung Toy Society of Vancouver Chairman Phillip Yu, Vice Chair George Yee and the Board of directors made offerings to our ancestor Yee Chung-sheung.

Out of town guests include Yee Fung Toy Family Association of Seattle's President Mr. Kevin Lee, Honorary Advisor Clara Yee, treasurer Mr. Yao Dong Yu and auditor Mr. Warren Yee.

Local guests include President William Ma of the Mah Society of Canada; President Fred Ma of Mah Benevolent Association of Vancouver and Vice President Fred Mah.


















Phillip Yu Yu emceed the noon ceremony, various speakers gave their congratulatory speeches.


Our 121st Anniversary Ceremony concluded after Vice Chair Jim Yee gave his thank-you speech to attending guests We all enjoyed the lunch buffet immediately after the ceremony.


We like to thank the Yee Fung Toy Society of Canada and the Yee Fung Toy Society of Vancouver for donating the roasted pigs for the ancestor ceremony and dinner appetizers this year.

Around 6:00pm, guests start arriving at the Floata Seafood Restaurant for the evening reception. The stage was decorated with flower baskets from the Seattle Yee Fung Toy Family Association, the Mah Society of Canada, the Mah Benevolent Association of Vancouver and from the Tse Clansman Association.

The Vancouver YFT chapter annual scholarship award ceremony and prize draw was also held during the evening event. Lots of prizes were given away. Thanks to all the sponsors.

This anniversary celebration was a tremendous success! Thanks to the volunteers and YFT board members who helped to organize this annual event. Special thanks to our emcee Esther Yue for a job well done! Hope to see you all next year.
