Cancellation Policies: Should the group or any participants find it necessary to cancel any of the cruise arrangements, cancellation penalties will be assessed according to the following schedule:

Communication of Changes: Changes to any aspect of the cruise booking may be communicated via telephone or email.  Cruise411 will require that verbal requests be confirmed in writing via fax or email.  Email may be directed to Fran Genthert at FGenthert@cruise411.com.  Any changes made after final payment are subject to fees of $35.00 and up.

Proof of Citizenship: Each individual is responsible for presenting the proper proof of citizenship documents at time of sailing.  For U.S. residents, a valid U.S. passport is  the required proof of citizenship beginning December 31, 2006.  Also acceptable for sailings prior to December 31, 2006 is an original or certified copy of a government issued birth certificate AND a government-issued photo i.d., such as a drivers license.  Residents of other countries should contact their consulates.  The cruise line may refuse to board any individual who does not present adequate proof of citizenship.

Miscellaneous: Cruise411.com acts only as a travel agent in arranging the various accommodations and assumes no responsibility or liability in connection with the service of any motor coach, cruise ship, vessel, aircraft or other conveyance, excursions, sightseeing, restaurants, and hotel accommodations used in performance of this agreement.  Cruise411 also assumes no responsibility or liability in connection with any damage or loss of property or injury, illness, or death incurred by any participants or any change or cancellation of ports.  The relationship between Cruise411 and each participant is that of independent contractor and nothing herein shall be construed as constituting a partnership, joint venture, or agency among the parties.

Force Majeure: Cruise411.com’s delay in or failure of performance under this agreement shall be excused where such delay or failure is caused by an act of God, fire or catastrophic, electrical, computer, mechanical failure, work stoppage, ocean conditions, weather or any other cause beyond Cruise411.com reasonable control.
