社會發展迅速，但不少人仍舊是生活窘迫，物質條件改善了，但人與人之間的隔膜卻越來越大，有時真的搞不清楚，現今的
生活是否比以前幸福？ 往事只能回味！

美國余風采總堂余永源元老伉儷攜家人參觀武溪中學
二○二四年十一月廿五日（星期一）下午，台山市武溪中學名譽董事長余永源先生伉儷及其家人一行十三人的到訪武溪中學。
在校門口，伍建軍校長及學校行政班子熱情地迎接余永源先生一家的到 來。
隨後，在伍校長的帶領下，余永源先生伉儷一行參觀了校園環境。
他們邊走邊聊，回憶起了當年建校時的艱辛與不易，同時也對如今現代化
的校園設施表示由衷的讚歎！
在參觀過程中，伍校長向余永源先生詳細介紹了學校近年來的發展情況和未來規劃。
余永源先生聽後對學校所取得的成績表示高度讚賞，並表示將一如既往地
繼續支援武溪中學的發展。
同時，他還鼓勵全體教職工繼續努力，將武溪中學的教育教學品質推向新的高度。
余氏宗親回校參觀指導，不僅讓全體師生感受到了宗親們的關懷與鼓勵，
更激發了大家為僑鄉教育事業貢獻力量的決心。
武溪中學全體師生將不負宗親的期望，以更加飽滿的熱情和堅定的信念，
共同書寫武溪更輝煌的明天！
賀！紐英崙余風采堂換屆 余立昌、余雅倫連任主席
紐英崙余風采堂於二○二四年十二月八日（星期日）在華埠余風采堂會址，舉行二○二五年度新屆職員就職典禮。
當天中午，宗親們首先祭拜祖先余忠襄公。
隨後在元老余超群、余文博的見證下，余立昌和余雅倫捧起印信，正式連任紐英崙余風采堂主席。
元老余超群恭喜所有職員就任，以及卸任總長余文博晉升元老。余超群也期待大家繼續做好族務，明年「更上一層樓」。
中文書記余美玲主持就職典禮。婦女組主任余艷玲、余艷清，顧問余麗媖等職員也都向宗親們送上祝福。
就職典禮完畢後，宗親共同慶祝冬至，齊享台山湯圓，還展望參與三年後沙加緬度（二埠）舉辦的全美余氏懇親大會。
賀！紐約余風采堂換屆 余乾源、余長安蟬聯正副主席
紐約余風采堂二○二五年職員就職典禮於二○二四年十二月廿二日（星期日）在該堂二樓禮堂舉行，余乾源、余長安蟬聯正副主席。
紐約市議員馬泰、紐約中華公所主席朱超然和多位社區僑領到場祝賀。
余乾源在致詞中表示，為營造一個更和諧、互助互愛的余風采堂大家庭，新一屆職員一定不辜負宗親的殷切期望，做到精誠團結、務實前行、
勇於擔當、與時俱進、開拓進取、發展族務，在新的一年裡，力爭向族人
交出一份合格的答案。
馬泰在儀式上向該堂所頒發表揚狀，中華公所朱超然主席在致辭中，勉勵余風采堂同仁與社區各僑社緊密合作，繼續為華埠的繁榮安定做出貢獻。
美國余風采總堂美東總長余應昌也發表講話，表示希望新一屆職員繼續發揚余風采堂的優良傳統，招賢納良，共同為發展會務獻策，
再接再厲，在新的征程中再創佳績。該堂元老、總長、總顧問、顧問和宗
親會員八十多人參加盛典。
賀！余寵異、余文山連任美國余風采總堂正副主席
二○二五年一月一日（星期三）是余風采總堂工作人員的就職典禮。下午三點，我們聚集在我堂，天后廟街131
號大樓四樓的大廳。
今年，我們的主席余寵異和副主席余文山繼續擔任這兩個職位。
他們的延續將鞏固我們的聯絡，並給我們帶來繁榮。
當天，我堂各位元老，顧問和美西總長在場監督各科交接。場面整齊有理，順利成功。我在這祝主席兩人一切順利。
此外，隨著社會在新冠病毒的破壞後載來越來越開放，我們的新員工將不
得不更加努力地工作。 我們希望我們的協會能儘快恢復正常。
我希望新的一年能給我們所有的余氏帶來健康、快樂和財富！
駐芝加哥臺北經文處類延峰處長走訪余風采堂拜年
二○二五年一月二日（星期四）駐芝加哥辦事處類延峰處長續依歷來傳統偕同仁走訪芝加哥華埠傳統僑社拜年，
表達感謝與新春祝福，也很高興增進彼此的友誼， 認識各會所精彩的歷史，共同展望未來！

休斯頓余風采堂慶祝春節活動
今年休斯頓余風采堂的春節慶祝活動由本堂會員余Sherman
伉儷（Meredith Yu）
慷慨承辦，並由休斯頓余風采堂鼎力贊助。盛會於二月一日（星期六）假 余Sherman
伉儷府上隆重舉行。
這次盛會吸引了約一百五十位賓客共襄盛舉，其中包括特邀嘉賓 -
美西總長余民輝先生（三藩市）與余國恩元老（洛杉磯）。
活動內容豐富多彩，包含了傳統中式佳餚、精彩的舞獅表演及趣味橫生的中國遊戲，熱烈迎接蛇年的到來。
余民輝總長與余國恩元老皆代表美國余風采總堂發表了熱情洋溢的講話，
不僅分享了總堂悠久而感人的歷史，更衷心感謝大家多年來的支持與貢 獻。
今年，休斯頓分會將目光投向未來，致力於奠基與發展，這是我們積極轉型的重要一年。
我們將秉持對傳統的尊重，同時拓展知識、開闊視野，充實會員內涵，
並持續回饋社區，共同譜寫更輝煌的篇章。
南加省余風采堂舉辦農曆新年春宴
新春伊始，萬象更新。唯願新歲無憂，四季皆安。
南加州余風采堂於二月八日（星期六）舉行了一年一度的傳承活動。中午時分，備妥金豬全蹄及三牲供品，
虔誠祭拜祖先，祈求余氏族人財丁興旺，福澤綿長。
活動當日，眾多嘉賓共襄盛舉，包括來自舊金山的美西總長余文輝伉儷及其子 Douglas；
來自休斯頓的美東副總會長余世傑伉儷；來自鳳凰城的總顧問余文澤伉儷及女兒 Emily；
以及來自鹽湖城的余黃鏗娟顧問。特別感謝總堂、斐匿、休斯頓及所叻分堂的關懷支持，並感激
馬氏、謝氏世表的鼎力協助及宗親們的熱情參與，使活動更顯隆重熱 鬧。
當晚六時，南加州余風采堂假座蒙特利公園市海寶潮粵酒家舉辦了二○二五年農曆新年春宴。
現場氣氛熱烈，盛況空前，二百七十餘位賓客齊聚一堂，座無虛席。
南加州余風采堂主席余江峰與副主席余秀敏女士聯袂主持，以豐富的文化傳統、
精彩娛樂節目及抽獎活動，熱烈迎接蛇年的到來。
春節聯歡慶典在歡樂的歌聲、悠揚的鼓樂與誠摯的祝福中圓滿落幕，為眾人留下美好而難忘的回憶。
積彩余風采堂舉行農曆新春慶祝活動
二○二五年二月八日（星期六），積彩余風采堂於密歇根州麥迪遜高地「富士日式自助餐」餐廳舉辦了一年一度的春宴暨農曆新年慶祝活動。
當日，共有一百六十位宗親好友齊聚一堂，共享這場溫馨歡樂的盛會。
大家一邊品嚐豐盛的中式及日式自助餐，一邊暢談交流，氣氛熱烈融洽。
晚宴過後，還舉行了幸運抽獎活動，讓每位來賓都滿載而歸， 度過了一個愉快難忘的夜晚。
此外，麗莎·薩奇·余-利岑貝格 (Lisa
Sachi Yee-Litzenberg)
亦發表了簡短演講，向大家介紹積彩華埠願景委員會在底特律原唐人街歷史中心推動「歷史唐人街與泛亞願景區」建設的努力與進展。
加欖巴士余風采堂新春聯歡
美國哥倫布市廣東同鄉聯誼會和加欖巴士余風采堂於二月九日（星期日）
在茗花酒樓成功合辦了二○二五年新春聯歡會。
在這個歡樂祥和的夜晚，余氏宗親和廣東同鄉聯誼會成員齊聚一堂，共同迎接嶄新的一年。
歡聲笑語間，我們深切感受到鄉情的溫暖與團聚的喜悅。這場精彩紛呈的
晚會，離不開大家的熱情參與與大力支持！
當晚隨着鑼鼓齊鳴，醒獅獻瑞，首場春節聯歡會正式揭開序幕。共有一百一十多人參加，
聯歡會節目豐富多彩、包括财神派利是、歌唱、舞蹈、自由卡拉 OK
時間等。 十分多謝旗袍會的表演，添增氣氛和熱鬧。
加欖巴士余風采堂新春晚會已圓滿落幕！特別鳴謝茗花酒樓為我們提供優雅的場地與豐盛的美食！

Welcome to the 82nd issue of the Yee Fung
Toy Global Village Voice, an electronic newsletter for
the World Yee community. In this issue we are
featuring Winter and Spring activities from the Yee
family associations around the world.
The Lunar New Year in 2025 welcomes the Year
of the Snake, according to the Chinese lunar calendar.
Celebrated by millions around the world, this is a
time for cultural traditions, family reunions, and
hopes for good fortune in the coming year.
Everyone seems upbeat and looking forward to
sunnier days. I guess spring is in the air. And with
that, it sets the stage for us to welcome Easter and
Ching Ming celebrations.

New England YFT 2025 Officers Installation
The YFT NE Chapter installed their 2025 officers on Sunday, December 8, 2024. As practiced in previous years, we also celebrated winter solstice the same day with huge pots of tong-yun made by our own Women's Group.
Congratulations! Qian Yuan Yu, Jeung On Yu were
re-elected as NY YFT 2025 Presidents.

January
1st, 2025 was Yee Fung Toy Family Association
Headquarters’ staff’s installation ceremony. We
gathered at 3:00 pm at our ancestral hall on the 4th
floor of our building at 131 Waverly Place.
We had
our Grand Elders, Advisors, and Western Grand
President witnessed this year’s transformation. The
process was done diligently and professionally.
This year, our President Anthony Leong Yee and Vice President Man San Yee continued to hold both positions. Their continuation will solidify our association and will bring prosperity to us.

Chicago Visits Yee Fung Toy Association of Chicago
On
January 2nd of the 114th year of the Republic of
China, Director General Lei, Yen-Feng of the
Taipei Economic and Cultural Office in Chicago,
continued the tradition of visiting various
Chinese communities in Chicago's Chinatown. The
purpose was to express gratitude and offer New
Year wishes. He also enjoyed strengthening mutual
friendships and learning about the fascinating
history of each organization, and jointly look
forward to the future!
The
visits included the following organizations: Eng's

Houston YFT Spring Festival Celebration
This year’s Spring Festival Celebration event
was graciously hosted by our members Sherman
and Meredith Leigh Beaumont Yu, sponsored by
the YFTA Houston. We had a approximately 150
people attending the event, including special
guests Sherman Yu (San Francisco) and Kenny
Yee (Los Angeles). The event included
traditional Chinese food, a lion dance, and
Chinese games to ring in the Year of the
Snake.
Both Sherman and Kenny spoke on behalf of the YFT USA to share some interesting history about the association and also to thank everyone for their support of the years. This year, our Houston Chapter is focused on building for the future, a year of transformation worthy of the Snake: Honoring our Heritage, Enriching our Members, and Serving our Community.

Spring Banquet
The Southern California Yee Family Association hosted their 2025 Chinese New Year Spring Banquet on Saturday February 8, 2025 at NBC Seafood Restaurant.
Over 270 attendees enjoy a fun filled evening of fun, fellowship and celebration. SoCal YFT President Jiang Feng Yu and Vice President Mandy Yu presided as we welcomed the Year of the Snake with cultural traditions as well as other entertainment and raffle prizes.
We had the honor and privilege of hosting several special out of town guest including our Western Grand President Sherman Yu and his wife Margaret and son Douglas from San Francisco Headquarters, Eastern Vice Grand President Roger and Elaine Yu from Houston, Grand Advisor David and Stephanie Yee and their daughter Emily from Phoenix, and Salt Lake City Chapter Advisor Margaret Yee.

Family Association Spring Banquet
On Saturday, February 8, 2025, we had our annual “Spring Banquet and Lunar New Year Celebration” at the Fuji Buffet in Madison Heights, Michigan. It was attended by 160 friends and family members of the Detroit Yee Fung Toy Family Association. We all enjoyed a buffet of Chinese and Japanese food and later we had a raffle of door prizes, and a great time was enjoyed by all.
In addition, we had a short presentation by Lisa Sachi Yee-Litzenberg about the efforts of the Detroit Chinatown Vision Committee on creating a new “Historic Chinatown and a Pan-Asian Vision Area” in the historic heart Detroit’s original Chinatown.

Celebrates Lunar New Year
Columbus Guangdong Fellowship Association of USA/Columbus Yee Fung Toy Association held their 2025 Spring Banquet successfully at the Ming flower Chinese Restaurant on Sunday, February 9th.
